Board of Health · Meeting of April 16, 2026
HUDSON — The Hudson Board of Health unanimously determined a proposed transfer station modification would endanger public health and the environment. Chair Matthew C. Gallen moved, and members Allyson O'Malley and Rebecca Stewart-Owen voted in favor, finding the modification at 1 Municipal Drive constitutes a danger under state law.
The Board's deliberation found multiple site suitability criteria unmet and applicant mitigation measures insufficient. Board Counsel was directed to draft a final written decision for Board approval.
