HUDSON — Commission approves two Main Street business signs. The Silas Felton Historic District Commission voted unanimously on August 19 to approve signage applications for Blush & Ivy and SereniTea Café on Main Street. Chair Paul Osborne moved approval of Blush & Ivy's sign repainting and raised letters at 22 Main Street.
For SereniTea Café's signage at 162 Main Street, Osborne raised concerns about the original gray and gold color scheme's visibility from the street; the applicant agreed to change the lettering to all gray. Both applications passed 4-0-0. The commission also discussed recruiting for an open Historical Society representative position and addressed illuminated sign violations at Domino's and ReMax.
