Commission on Disabilities · Meeting of January 20, 2026
Hudson's Commission on Disabilities reviewed a Master Plan and raised an accessibility concern regarding downtown parking at its January 20 meeting. Chair Andrea Erickson convened the full five-member commission with staff member Pam Helinek and public attendees. Krista Moravec of Horsley Witten Group presented on the Master Plan, and commissioners offered inputs and responses.
The commission agreed that snow removal efforts in downtown Hudson sometimes pushed snow in ways that blocked the doors of handicap vans, limiting access for residents with disabilities. The next meeting is scheduled for February 17.
