HUDSON — Park Commission voted unanimously to request $3 million from the Community Preservation Committee for Moulton's Park and Playground Project. Members James Roan and Robert D. Bowen, with Michael Chaves absent, approved the amended funding request at the January 20 meeting for submission to CPC on January 21, 2026.
The funding will support a hybrid phasing approach to phase 1 construction that integrates off-street parking with a large-scale playground installation. Staff emphasized the need for parking integration in the first phase to support the playground without overwhelming the area's limited on-street parking.
