Conservation Commission · Meeting of January 8, 2026

HUDSON — The Conservation Commission approved a stormwater plan revision for 325 Central Street and closed two wetland hearings with Orders of Conditions. The Commission voted 4-0 with one abstention to approve the plan change, which modified a drainage trench to meet state environmental protection requirements. In unanimous votes, the Commission closed hearings at 47 Cherry Street and 29 Woodrow Road, issuing Orders requiring perpetual maintenance of rain gardens, bio-retention swales, and signage, plus vegetation removal in buffer zones.

The Commission continued four other site hearings to January 22, 2026, and supported formation of an informal Trails Committee to coordinate town trail management.
