HUDSON — The Hudson Council on Aging discussed a proposed Eagle Scout project and addressed concerns about the building's use for political events at its February 11 meeting. The board preferred a shelving project for closets over the scout's proposal to build planters and recommended consulting the scout's advisor about project criteria. Members also raised concerns after the Democratic Committee requested to use the Senior Center building for political activities, with Director Janice Long agreeing to check on the status of the town's building use policy.
The board voted unanimously to approve routine items including the Treasurer's Report, which showed a balance of $23,783.97.
