Member Daniel DuBreuil presented the plan, designed to draw resources from accounts with excess budget capacity. DuBreuil also updated the committee on work of the Warrant Improvement Subcommittee regarding revisions to the Finance Committee Preamble for the Town Meeting Warrant.
