Finance Committee · Meeting of September 8, 2026
HUDSON — Finance Committee heard Master Plan integration recommendations. Planning and Community Development Director Kristina Johnson presented the Town Master Plan to the Finance Committee and recommended better integration of plan goals with the town's budget and capital investment processes, including enhanced lifecycle costing analysis and annual progress reporting. Committee members questioned how the Plan connects to operating and capital budgets and asked about economic development initiatives to support plan objectives.
The Committee also noted that only one consultant submitted a proposal in response to a Financial Management Review RFP that eight firms had requested, indicating the submission requires further evaluation.
