Historic District Commission Approves Three Signage and Paint Projects

The Silas Felton Historic District Commission approved paint and signage projects at three locations.

Historic District Commission · Meeting of June 17, 2026

HUDSON — The Silas Felton Historic District Commission approved paint and signage projects at three locations. Chair Paul Osborne presided over approvals for a sage green Studio Jean sign at 3 Felton Street (unanimous), two black metal signs for Noli Collective at 8 Market Street (unanimous), and a double-sided metal sign for Scorpion Printing at 45 Main Street (unanimous). Noli Collective had installed the signs before obtaining approval, due to a building permit process issue.

Commissioners also discussed a vacant Historical Society representative board seat and took no action on a self-lit ReMax sign violation, noting plans to continue recruiting for the vacancy.
