Hudson Home Sales Range From $320,000 to $2.7 Million in Late Summer
Hudson recorded 18 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with 10 sales disclosing a price. Prices ranged from $320,000 for 257 Central St. to $2.7 million for 561 Main St., with a median of $594,500. The Main Street sale was the period's most notable transaction, selling for more than four times the median. Nearly half the recorded transfers, eight of 18, moved property into family trusts or between relatives without a disclosed price, a pattern that limits comparisons based on sale count alone. Six of the 10 disclosed sales fell between $500,000 and $1 million, with condominium units among them.
