Hudson recorded 18 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with 10 sales listing a price. Prices ranged from $320,000 for 257 Central St. to $2.7 million for 561 Main St., with a median of $594,500. The Main Street sale was the period's most notable transaction, selling for more than four times the median. Nearly half the recorded transfers, eight of 18, moved property into family trusts or between relatives without a recorded price, a pattern that limits comparisons based on sale count alone. Six of the 10 recorded sales fell between $500,000 and $1 million, with condominium units among them.
