Prices among the 12 sales with recorded amounts ranged from $380,000 to $1,420,000, with a median of $723,000. The month's top sale was 1 Town Line Rd., which sold for $1,420,000 to Bin Zhao on July 29. Birchwood Road and Forest Avenue each recorded two sales. At least seven transactions involved a trust or a transfer between parties sharing a surname. Six of the 18 deeds did not list a sale price, a common feature of certain deed filings.
