Hudson Home Sales Range From $380,000 to $1.42 Million Over Four Weeks
Hudson recorded 18 property sales between July 24 and Aug. 22, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds filings. Prices among the 12 sales with disclosed amounts ranged from $380,000 to $1,420,000, with a median of $723,000. The month's top sale was 1 Town Line Rd., which sold for $1,420,000 to Bin Zhao on July 29. Birchwood Road and Forest Avenue each recorded two sales. At least seven transactions involved a trust or a transfer between parties sharing a surname. Six of the 18 deeds did not list a sale price, a common feature of certain deed filings.
