Hudson home sales range from $543,000 to $925,000 in latest recorded deeds

Hudson recorded 16 property sales between July 10 and Aug. 8, according to registry of deeds data. Six of those transactions disclosed a sale price, ranging from $543,000 to $925,000, with a median of $722,450 among the priced sales. The period's top transaction was a $925,000 sale at 16 Alan Rd. Ten of the 16 recorded transfers, most involving family trusts and listing no sale price, accounted for nearly two-thirds of the period's activity. No street recorded more than one sale. Based on the raw sales count, the four-week period reflected steady, routine transfer activity in Hudson's housing market.
