Hudson home sales span $290,000 to $1.42 million as trust transfers mark late July

Sixteen Hudson property transfers were recorded between July 17 and July 29, nine with disclosed prices ranging from $290,000 to $1.42 million and a median of $622,500. The top sale was 1 Town Line Rd at $1,420,000, sold by Toll Northeast V Corp to Zhao Bin. Manning Street saw three separate transactions, including two condo units and a bank-to-bank transfer at 68 Manning St. Several other deeds, including properties on Pope Street, Birchwood Road, Blueberry Lane and Richard Road, reflect transfers within the same family or into a trust rather than open-market sales, and seven of the 16 recorded deeds listed no sale price.
