The South Middlesex Registry of Deeds recorded 18 Hudson property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5. Of the 10 sales with disclosed prices, values ranged from $320,000 to $980,000, with a median of $642,500. The month's top sale was 12 Forbes Rd. at $980,000, sold by Christy M. and Scott C. Allison to Ian P. and Catherine H. Humphrey. Nearly half the recorded deeds, eight of 18, listed no sale price, largely reflecting owners transferring property into family trusts rather than selling to new buyers, a pattern that limits how much the disclosed figures reveal about overall market activity.
