Hudson July Home Sales Range From $600,000 to $860,000

Hudson recorded 17 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, with nine disclosing sale prices ranging from $600,000 to $860,000 and a median of $720,000. The top sale was 44 Laurel Dr. at $860,000, sold by Stephen and Lisa Falcone to Jonanthan Graniero and Jillian Greenspan. Richardson Road was the only street with two recorded sales. Seven of the eight transfers without a disclosed price involved matching seller and buyer surnames, suggesting family trust or estate transfers. Disclosed prices stayed within a narrow $600,000-to-$1 million band, with no sales reported above or below that range.
