Hudson Posts Specimen Ballots For September 1 Special Election

HUDSON — Hudson election officials posted specimen ballots and opened the vote-by-mail request process this week for the September 1 State Primary and Special Town Election, giving residents their first look at what will be on the combined ballot.

TOWN HALL The town clerk's office posted specimen ballots for the September 1 State Primary and Special Town Election, according to a News Flash notice issued August 10. The same day, the office released instructions for residents who want to request a vote-by-mail ballot for the combined election, which pairs the state primary with a special town election on one date.

Separately, Hudson is now collecting interest cards from residents who want to serve on the town's Ad-Hoc Audit Committee, per an August 10 News Flash post. The notice did not specify the committee's charge or an application deadline.
