Hudson Property Sales Range From $380,000 to $753,900 in Late Summer
Hudson recorded 18 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, according to Middlesex South Registry of Deeds records. Eight of those transfers included a disclosed sale price, ranging from $380,000 to $753,900, with a median of $580,000. The period's highest-priced sale was 20 Alberta Dr., which sold for $753,900 on July 31 to buyers Jacob Lantner and Amanda Rekkbie. Ten of the 18 recorded transfers, exactly half, involved a shared family surname between seller and buyer, generally property moved into a trust, and none of those included a disclosed price. No recorded sale in the period topped $1 million.
