HUDSON — Park Commission tabled two major decisions at a January 14 meeting affecting Hudson recreation and beach access. On a proposal to restrict public access to a protected wetland at Town Beach, Commissioner James Roan asked to visit the site before voting; the area has experienced documented illegal dumping and unauthorized vehicle traffic since 2021. The Commission also deferred a decision on phasing options for a $6.6 million Moulton Park and Playground renovation and scheduled a January 20 meeting to select a preferred approach for presentation to the Community Preservation Committee toward May 2026 Town Meeting funding.
