HUDSON — The Planning Board voted 4-1 to approve a site plan for 21 new duplex buildings on Barracks Road and Bruen Road, expanding the existing 39-acre residential site. The applicant, White Pond Development LLC, addressed board concerns through assurances that Bruen Road would remain private and that septic systems would meet Title V standards. Chair Robert D'Amelio added a condition requiring reconstruction of the first 125 feet of Bruen Road at White Pond Road.
D'Amelio, Vice Chair Rodney Frias, Clerk Joseph Mitchell, and Member David Daigneault voted for approval; Member Darryl Filippi opposed. The applicant indicated its intention to seek a Special Permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals for the property's non-conforming use.
