Planning Board · Meeting of April 7, 2026
Hudson Planning Board unanimously approved childcare facility conversion at 83 Central Street with parking and traffic conditions. The approval allows conversion from office use to a center with 13 parking spaces and five staff members, subject to parking striping maintenance, traffic coordination with the Police Chief, and a right-turn-only exit. The facility will serve toddlers and pre-K students with instructor ratios of two and one per class respectively.
In a separate action, the board continued its hearing on a proposed 13-lot open space residential development at Field Stream Lane after members raised concerns about density and feasibility on steep terrain.
