HUDSON — The Hudson Planning Board unanimously approved a 5,100-square-foot addition to the Walmart Supercenter at 280 Washington Street to support online order fulfillment. The project will reorganize parking to designate 39 pickup and delivery spaces, though overall parking will decrease while remaining adequate; the applicant must secure Fire Chief approval of truck turning radii and minimize lighting on the site boundary. The Board elected Robert D'Amelio as Chair, Joseph Mitchell as Vice-Chair, and Darryl Filippi as Clerk, all unanimously approved.
In administrative business, the Board directed staff to review and propose updates to application filing fees, which have not changed since 2008.
