HUDSON — Planning Board closed the continued public hearing on National Development's 950,000 square foot industrial facility at 75 Reed Road after presentations on site design, traffic, stormwater, and sound attenuation. The applicant moved the driveway 130 feet south and enhanced the southern berm, raising it 8-10 feet and extending it westward. The applicant team presented revised transportation impact analysis showing the facility would generate approximately 2,304 vehicle trips per day.
The sound study, prepared by Epsilon Associates and peer-reviewed by Accentech on behalf of the Town, predicted noise levels complying with MassDEP standards. The Board voted unanimously to continue the hearing to April 9 for condition deliberation.
