HUDSON — Planning Board continued hearing on proposed industrial facility at former Intel campus. National Development's traffic consultant VHB presented a Transportation Impact Assessment projecting 960 daily vehicle trips, significantly less than the former Intel manufacturing operation. Proposed mitigation includes Westridge Road realignment, Rectangular Rapid Flash Beacon installation near soccer fields, and five-year monitoring of Reed Road and Marlboro Street intersection for potential future signalization.

Peer reviewer Bowman Engineering confirmed compliance with standard engineering practices. Extensive public comment addressed truck traffic, visibility, and neighborhood safety concerns. Hearing continues February 25.
