Hudson Select Board confirmed six personnel appointments and awarded two service contracts totaling $349,901.76. The Board unanimously confirmed five Department of Public Works positions and Jaime Patriarca as Assistant Finance Director/Assistant Town Accountant. Service contracts included $274,901.76 to VHB for final Mass Central Rail Trail design and $75,000 for traffic analyses at Glendale Road and Route 62.
The Board also approved a new alcohol pouring license for Good Earth Holistic Kitchen and established a seven-member ad-hoc committee to review Town Meeting procedures.
