HUDSON — The Zoning Board of Appeals approved three zoning petitions and continued a retaining wall variance dispute. The Board unanimously approved special permits for T-Mobile LLC to modify equipment at 71 Parmenter Road and for T-Mobile Northeast LLC at 7 Crestview Drive (5-0-0 votes), and for Chris Stournaras to convert 18 Marion Street to a lawfully usable two-family residence (5-0-0).
