HUDSON — The Hudson Zoning Board of Appeals continued a special permit hearing, seeking legal guidance on a proposed 21-duplex development. Chair Jason Mauro and Clerk Antonio Mancini raised concerns about whether the property, purchased by White Pond Development LLC in March 2025, can be legally expanded for multi-family housing. The developer's attorney offered to submit a legal brief to Town Counsel.
The Board voted unanimously to continue the hearing to May 14, 2026.
