The second-highest sale was 155 Brook St at $999,999 on June 26, sold by Robert W. Harvey and Robert W. Harvey Jr., as trustees, to Heather J. and James F. Mullin. At 17 Wildflower Path, Unit 17, Mary and Danial J. Kim sold to Timothy Norman for $765,000 on June 25. An 18 Oneil St property sold for $749,900 on June 25, with sellers Christine Boudreau and Susan Tack transferring to Christopher and Lisa Mulvey. Rounding out the top five, 35 Laurel Dr sold for $725,000 on June 24, transferring from Cloverhill Properties LLC to Julie Robyn and Joshua A. Aponte.

Two sales closed under $500,000: 322 Central St at $497,000 and 29 Temi Rd at $460,000.
