Hudson Home Sales Span $445,000 to $6.3 Million in September
Hudson recorded 18 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, with ten sales reporting a price so far ranging from $445,000 to $6,270,000 and a median of $651,500. The month's top sale was 4 Cabot Rd. at $6,270,000, bought by Reclamation Fox Cabot Propco LLC, far above the next-highest sale of $850,000 on Murphy Road. Eight transfers have no price on file yet; most of those were transfers of property into family trusts rather than pending open-market sales. With prices for the remaining transfers still outstanding, the data available so far shows a market with one large outlier sale and a cluster of transactions between $500,000 and $850,000.
