Hudson home sales range from $320,000 condo to $2.7 million Main Street property
Hudson recorded 18 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, with 10 sales showing a price on file. Prices ranged from $320,000 for a Central Street property to $2.7 million for a Main Street property transferred between two LLCs, with a median of $615,000. The next-highest sale was a Forbes Road home at $980,000. Eight transfers, including several trust transfers within the same family, had no price on file as of this report. No single street accounted for more than one priced sale, and four of the period's transfers were condominium units. The raw count of 18 transfers points to steady activity in the local market.
